Beautiful facilities, concessions are expensive (expected), but the concessionaires were very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for all of the betting tellers, some of which were very courteous, however, some could certainly use some remedial training in manners and courtesy toward the patrons.

Such a wonderful day at Keeneland today. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's easy to place bets and cash in winning tickets. Plenty of food and drink options. The horses are gorgeous and it's easy to get close and watch them warm up. Parking is free with very organized shuttle system to take you to the track I definitely recommend you visit!!

Love this place. Didn't like having to set down on the bottom, they didn't have the heaters on to help people stay warm.
