Confusing to find the service area, signs at the dealership are conflicting. Tried to find someone to talk to, but there was only one person in the dealership in the phone and a salesman with a customer.

We added market adjustment pricing when the batteries started arriving. Our adjustment pricing is half of what other dealers are implementing. It is our understanding that our sales manager offered you your deposit back before you drove out to the store, as well as letting you know we had another Bolt that might work for you with the MSRP pricing you were looking for. We are sorry you feel like we pulled a bait and switch on you, but this is why we called you before you drove out to the store. We value your time and we completely understand your frustration. Process changed: I was told that the car could not be sold until early this week, and people would all be called once its available Then I find out on Friday that the car was already sold on Thursday, even before the battery was put in Had I known that there was no chance, I would have taken a white Bold EV 2LT that I could have gotten (at MSRP) a week earlier for way less Market adjustment: Understandable given the demand, but adding it in the last minute feels a bit like bait-and-switch
