I'm from out of state, when my SUV had trouble I happened to be in East Providence. The service department was swamped but once they realized I had emergency, (out of state) they immediately went to work. Amazingly, they diagnosed problem, ordered part and installed part in 2 days! They could have left me out to dry because I didn't buy or lease vehicle from them. Elmwood reinforced my confidence in the Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler brand, and the independent dealers/service departments.. 5 star service..
