I got auto dialed saying they had important information about my accord and to press 1 to be connected. It rang but nobody answered. I called the number back and got no answer. I looked up the dealership and called the number listed and got no answer. I guess that it can't be very important if they don't answer the phone. Very annoying though to get this type of phone call. The recording saying that the call could be monitored and recorded for quality assurance was the same for all 3 calls. So much for customer service.

This place was my fourth Honda dealer I visited on 08.03.19, needing a new car with some urgency. I had done my research online before going out and knew I wanted a 2016 or 2017 HR-V EX. I visited a nearby competitor in Oxnard and was amazed at just how unwilling they were to offer me an honest price for my trade-in and the car I was interested in. Meanwhile, another place put a car online as bait to draw me there (even confirmed with an email) then didn't have the car when I arrived. A third Honda dealer couldn't find the keys to a car I wanted to look at. At Ocean, I found a decent car and their first offer was at least in the ballpark. After I testdrove the car, I counter-offered what I thought was a very fair price for the vehicle and my trade in, based on kbb prices. To my surprise they accepted my offer. I came away with a good car at a fair price, fair value for my trade in, and nice folks from start to finish. They definitely get a thumb's up. If I could say one improvement they could make, that would be to not lead with "we are a bit slow today so I'm willing to work with you." That line is ancient and immediately makes the buyer beware. After that, it was all good.
