Its a nice looking dealership with nice staff well some. I have a sales man contact me and was so unprofessional I gave declined the offer he was trying to push me he continuously tried to reach me and kept calling me. I simply wanted to find out what downpayment I needed but they kept pushing me to sign an application while I already have done so and submitted already with all my information. I wouldnt recommend anybody this dealership as they simply try to get you to come in so they can get their cut for appointment. Dont waste your time dont come in they simply want your money not to help you!!!

Horrible sales tactics and the dealership marks up the prices crazy high- already spreading the word to make sure people avoid the criminal sales tactics by management. AVOID.

Over the weekend I purchased my new car with Zach and it was such a stress free experience. Everything about this dealership is great, everyone is so helpful. My mom and I came to major Kia today to get a new car.. Roger and Steve were truly amazing and made this experience amazing. They were so helpful and I got such an amazing experience. I will always recommend this Kia to everyone I know.

I bought a brand new Kia carnival 2022 Ive had to take it back TWICE! Still having the same issues with the van and every time we have called the service department they have been nothing but rude! I bought a brand new car for the reasons of having a car I wasnt going to have issues with, and if I did it would be fixed properly and without an attitude. I will NEVER buy a car from them again!!!!
