I pulled the Kelley Blue Book value on the vehicle and what we paid you for your vehicle is very close to the auction value. UPDATE BELOW... Women shopping alone DO NOT go here. They will take advantage of you. Changing my 5 star review to 1 star after realizing I was 100% lied to and duped. I was told my trade in Jeep was so old and had so many miles it couldnt even stay on the lot. That theyd have to sell it at auction for next to nothing because of an electrical issue. Not 24 hours later my old Jeep is listed for sale on the website for 3x what they gave me for the trade in. Originally I wrote that I had a great experience working with Phil but not anymore. So disappointed. UPDATE: I immediately emailed the general manager, Robert, after he responded to this review. Its been 5 days and no response. More lies. He says the price was a mistake on the site. Lies. My trade in is still listed but they increased the price. Do not trust this dealership. Its that simple.

Got a recall service here on a company vehicle, car broke down the next day with a burst hose I assume it broke when they were working on it. I got my mechanic to fix it but called to talk to the service manager... I have called 4 times and left information, all times being friendly... No response, customer service here is horrible
