1. Mr. Mrazauskas is not a customer of ours. He did stop in for a estimate which was provided to him for the amount of $979.76 while he waited in our office. He initially stated hew was paying himself and never mentioned that he was using insurance so I didn't take the required photos and information for a insurance claim. 2. We did not have the proper Insurance assignment needed to upload a estimate to the insurance company. I informed him that he would need to call the insurance to have them initiate and electronically send this to the shop otherwise it is impossible to upload. 3. Mr. Mrazauskas asked me to call the insurance company to get this done so he can cash out from them based off of my estimate. I told him that I had several customers already in my shop that I needed to attend to first and when I had time I would do so. I recommended again it would be much quicker if he called himself and he said what ever and hung up on me. So I did provide everything that I was able to based on what was provided to me in this particular situation. Jim

Worst customer service, rude and don't care about future customers. I have been asking for 5 days to upload estimate to insurance, and their response was "I am busy and I don't have to explain myself to you".
Sorry that you weren't happy with the wait but as we explained several times that there is a huge issue with ALL car manufactures having parts on back order. No different the what's going with the furniture, new vehicles and restaurants. All these issues are beyond our control. As far as your missing lamp you picked up your vehicle 6 weeks ago so it's confusing on why you never addressed this issue until we sent you a follow up email???

I was not happy with long wait. My driver outside mirror is missing a light.
I was so disappointed in my experience with JR Auto- i selected the repair shop because of the amazing reviews. I have to believe there has been a staff or management change that's impacted their level of service. To recap my experience: - we were told car repair would take 5 days, it took 21 - we never received a call or update in those 21 days unless we initiated contact - an incorrect bill was submitted to insurance that missed some of the costs so a new report had to be drafted- this caused a delay. Mistakes happen, but the auto shop was not transparent about the cause of the delay, we had to get details from insurance & then the auto shop accepted fault - the kicker is that when i drove off the lot about a mile away from the shop, lights came on & my tire back tire was deflated Moral of the story- i'd pick a different spot. I recommend Denny G's in Des Plaines - professional, efficient, and fair.
