I set an appointment at 1 and arrived as expected only to be told to wait an hour plus and someone will be with me because they are having their Christmas party. Why didn't you just schedule me an hour later if there was a party? No instead I had to wait 3 hours in their cramped lobby. Won't be coming back here. Was also over charged on service and parts too
