Went in to see what kind of deal i could get on a used subaru and they will pressure you into buying and tell you that you have get a credit check before you can talk about price but not to worry cause it will be a soft credit check. Well it is not a soft credit but a hard inquiry and now your score is down 14 points.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Sometimes it is difficult to give an accurate time frame because there are so many things that can add time to a number of jobs. We try to give our best estimation, but there are times where we run into things that extend the job time frame that are out of our control. Also, our Service Manager is a very busy person who has many things on their plate. We are not able to say I will make sure he gets in touch with you when he returns because, for example, he may have 3 other things that needed to be attended to earlier in the day that have not been fixed because other issues have taken precedent. I purchased my Subaru from Walkers. It was a great experience. Unfortunately I have chosen to get my car serviced here since I purchased here. Every time it has taken longer than quoted. This time I was told it is going to be little over hour and now a little over your later am told it will be another hour. I asked to speak to a manager/person in charge and advisor tells me he is at lunch you MIGHT be able to talk with him. Not I will make sure he gets in touch with you when he returns. This will be my last time I get my vehicle serviced here.

Today I had amazing service by a sales rep named Justin. He truly went out of his way to make my buying experience as easy as possible. Even though they did not have the car that I wanted on the lot, he still was able to get me what I wanted in the color I was looking for. Best part!! Are you ready- he had it delivered to his lot by end of business day so I could still drive my new Subaru home. Thank you Justin for all of the hard work and magic you made happen! This may have been the easiest buying experience ever!

I want to distinguish between the quality of the car itself and the quality of the people selling the car. My new Crosstrek is great, no complaints. However, buying it was and continues to be offensive and aggregating. 1- I was told "well, then this isn't the car for you" after telling my sales person (whom I won't mention )what my budget was. I found that rude and off-putting. As I was leaving to go instead purchase a car that was "for me", the sales person ran after me saying my budget would work. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted so I left it alone. 2- The car was sold to me without a second key. The sales person signed a note they would make me a second key within seven days, no charge. I never got that call so I called them a month later. After chasing down the sales person multiple times, they said they told the service department, that the service department would make a new key, and they would call. It's been three months since I bought my car and I still only have one key.
