Was quite unimpressed. Spent a lot of time on the phone with sales about one particular car and was putting a deposit down and they sold it without informing me.

The sales person was Nice but the sales Manager was pretty rude .....anyone would rate zero for his customer service.. Not a great experience going to this dealer as the Manager ensure that I don't buy from them. I took my business some where else and got a better deal.

Honest, no games and easy to work with. If you do not ready any other part of this review just no I spent hours working with other dealers only to be disappointed. El Dorado was a refreshing car buying experience. I have spent the last couple of weeks researching mid-size sedans and finally landed on Mazda 6. I thought I did thorough research on dealerships, only to spend hours playing games at 2 other Mazda Dealers before going to El Dorado in McKinney. The other 2 dealers in DFW did the old bait and switch, after doing all the work online and coming to an agreement on price one went as far as to tell me they quoted the wrong stock # and the car would be $2500 more (El Dorado sold me the same car at the exact sime price before the $2500 "mistake"). I emailed El Dorado and got hold of Darian (great salesmen), Told him what I wanted, what I was trading in and expected value. It was that easy. I walked in, they had pretty much everything ready to go, appraised my truck (appraisal was on par with other dealer appraisals and what I expected). Signed a few papers and I was out. No pressure to add crazy packages just some simple information about them. I did go with the extended warranty and even that was $1000 less than the one other dealer where we got this far. I will never do business with this dealership again .. I have purchased a Mini from Bradley. Wrote him email after the purchase asked if he can send a copy of Carfax ..He never replied when he needed the sale he was replying right away.. Than his manager I specifically asked him not to send my credit info to multiple and only send it to Wells fargo and CITI which he said he did. But 4 days later I started getting letters from different banks stating they ran my credit cause I have applied for credit thru these guys.. After reading the reviews I don't think me leaving this review really makes a difference to these guys. As Customer service seems to be at the bottom of the list.. I will never do business with this dealership again. I suggest you all read very carefully what you sign and get everything in writing. They will tell you one thing and than a week later you find out it was a lie..
