It took me little over 2 hours 45 minutes for an oil change. During this time, I had to inquire about the status of my car every 45 minutes. At no point was I informed of how long it would take. Unacceptable!
This has to be the worse service experience of my life . I have never dealt with a anyone as RUDE as This dealership and they don't even seems to care . I went in there to get some warranty work done but since I didn't buy the vehicle from them the guy was super rude and said nothing he can do and I will have to pay for it and its not covered under the warranty at there dealership I would have to the vehicle back to the dealership I bought it from . And then the other person said at the service department name Pete this is what you get for buying chevy its a junk . I mean are you freaking serious why would you hire someone who hates the product they are suppose to be representing . I will never go back here and my recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy Chevrolet or to get any Service done please find another Dealership do not support these guys . They do not appreciate your business nor care for it . When I asked to speak to the manager they told me no one was available and before I was leaving I told them I will be filing a complaint with the GM And I was told go ahead nothing will be done about it which is probably right . Anyways guys save some time and stay away from this place .
I think your dealership could use more professionalism on the floor and a reset configuration of your entry way with vehicles. I saw a brand new heavily dented silverado, a plugged in battery operated car that had a wire strung across the sidewalk that I almost tripped on every time I went out to look at vehicles. I also noticed sales guys pulling vehicles into the handicap parking spots and leaving them. Pure laziness, not mention illegal. Spend a few bucks and buy a fountain soda machine, bottled water fridge and a coffee machine. I spent 6 hours there to buy a $70,000 vehicle and I "pumped" myself a nice Styrofoam cup of piss warm coffee and got to sit in the lobby watching some younger sales guy with a really bad almost military looking haircut take "selfies" with the rude older lady at the front desk. The sales transaction was ok, but just the overall first impression & experience at your dealership gave me the feeling that this place is sloppy and poorly managed.
