Very pushy salesman and kind of dishonest. They do hard pulls on your credit after telling you they will do a soft pull. I really wouldn't recommend wasting your time here, you'd be better off going to maybe Culver city honda or something.

Do not go there ever Totally disrespectful staff.(Danielle Juarez) Today i went to do service for my Honda accord as it shows maintenance due for Service A. As soon as i get there she ask me to recommended service which is very costly but i refused to do I thought to do only oil change as it required on my dash board. After i refused Service adviser (Danielle Juarez) totally behave me rudely and said will do only oil change i said please than i waited for so long no body call me as my car done. i went to see if it's done or not i found i was done so quick but they wanted me to wait. Finally i went to desk and paid for my bill than i asked her Can i get form that is shows multi inspection done, Normally every Honda dealer do and give form but again she said I have to pay $140. She was like do you want to pay or leave right now that's your car key. I was totally shocked What kind of behavior is this. No matter what I never recommend to anyone to go there for any reason.

9-21-12 I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to all the employees at Airport Marina Honda. I personally could not be happier with the purchase of my 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. The car performs excellent in every way, and this is coming from someone who has owned over 100 vehicles in my lifetime and currently owns over 30 vehicles, including some exotics such as Lotus, Ferrari, and Rolls Royce. In particular, I would like to extend my thanks to Lisa Brito who stopped her lunch to handle my affairs on my old car, to the receptionist, who got the ball rolling by introducing me to Lulu Villamor and Luis Garcia who listened intently to my concerns, to Abel Avalos who never gave up on me and was a very convincing salesman, to Jay Felix who explained the lease in detail, to Miguel Mesia who made sure I got my free tank of gas, to Terry Williamston who repeatedly inquired as to my satisfaction with my purchase, to the guys in parts looked up some accessories (post purchase), and to Adel Kafafy who went to bat for me to get me the best price and financing. I have already referred a few folks your way, and will continue to do so! Before I knew it, and with the help of Brian Twoomey, Frank Gonzalez, and once again ALL the folks named above, put me into that car with a deal I simply could not refuse! Talk about going the Extra Mile! Now I can drive in the HOV lane and refuel from my home for about one third the cost of normal gasoline. Life is good!!!

I went in there because my sister wanted a new car and I came out with one too.Martha is very friendly she helped us get our cars ...and even now if I have any questions she is always there to help me. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT CAR MARTHA IS THE PERSON YOU WANT TO LOOK FOR

Horrible experience. I will never recommend any of my friends and family to go there. I will never go back there that fat guy in the back is rude and they bait and switch. Very bad experience. Do not go there
