Didn't have what I needed, was rude about it. Took a phone call while talking to me and was very rude to the person on the phone telling them that he was running out of patience and was going to close the doors on them.
Only thing bad thing about them is if a part goes out and the part has lifetime warranty but you lost your receipt (months later) they don't change it like auto zone or O'Reilly's which would exchange it without a receipt. They just look you up in their system to confirm you bought the part their. Skips dont keep any information on file. Like come on its 2018 buy a cloud set up or something for the customers. Everything else is 4.2 service
