Horrible customer service; I dont intend to come back. Im in the process of trading my car in and switching to a different brand all together because my last trip here ...I would love to be my last trip ever here. Lira Angel was my point of reference... I came in and they told me they would let her know I was there and she would be right with me. About 40-45 minutes pass and she comes over and apologized that they called for her but she didnt hear them..Last time I had her she was super nice so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt; maybe she was busy. She said she just had to type up the paperwork and she would be right with me. Another hour passes; she walks up to me telling me my car is almost finished.... still no paper work in sight. I had errands to run; that I could have done easily if she didnt keep telling me she would be right with me; or if she finished the paperwork so I could have left and come back. I waited two hours just sitting there waiting for her to come back. My car finally finishes; and I go to pick it up; the receptionist said they would bring it to the white wall. They brought it to the white wall and I started to drive off... another worker (didnt catch his name) told me Im going the wrong way. But this is the way they brought my car in AND it was narrow there was no space for me to turn the car around. Basically; everyone here is incompetent as well as lacking common courtesy. This place is horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different dealership. Dont waste your time and money here

Took my Chrysler in to have a remote synced. Was told it would take 2 hours (appointment was at 8:30). Was told the service advisor was Hugo. Around 11:00, I called and left a message for him asking for an update. I waited an hour, and had to call again. Finally got another advisor, and was told he was actually in charge of the service (Hugo never called back to at least let me know). My car was there for a total of over 6 hours (again, just to sync a key remote). Though Eric (other service advisor) did give a small discount, the overall experience was very frustrating and I really have no desire to take my vehicle back.
