I was interested in an Aston Martin advertised in Aston Martin of Dallas. I reached the dealer to purchase the car by phone and subsequently drove to Dallas to check out the car and finalize the deal. The dealer sales GM was nothing but a fake person to just talk and no show, He didn't responded to many phone calls and emails after we supposedly reached the deal and he was supposed to revise the sale order and send to us. We drove to Dallas from Houston and spent couple of hours discussing the deal, and he made a lot promises and bashed other dealers. I would not recommend this dealership and I am very happy that he back out from deal, otherwise the after sale services would have been disaster.
Do not recommend this dealership for an out of state sale. It was a nightmare working with Chris Johnson from afar. They collected my state sales tax up front but did not return it for me to pay my state - this required several phone calls and visits to the secretary of state. The care had an oil leak within 4 weeks of delivery, which he admitted was 'human error' by the service department. He promised several things by FedEx, only to send non-working tracking numbers. Ultimately, i never received the copy of the recent oil service the dealer performed (prior to the oil leak) or the small missing part he promised.
This dealership is top notch! They always go above and beyond to ensure that you get a VIP experience! I would highly recommend them for sales and service.
I would highly advice anyone buying a car to avoid Aston Martin Dallas, I purchased a 2016 range rover for $55k and had to take it to Land Rover Dallas for a $3,000 repair not even a month after my purchase. The vehicle had multiple issues; no oil change done, front wheel bearings that would not even pass a state inspection and full front and back brake job. When I called to speak to the manager, his response was "you bought a used vehicle, deal with it".
