I drop my car at 9:25 and theyre never call me to let me know my car was ready . I call around 1:30 . I left a message and my phone number whit the lady who answered the phone and not body call me back , I call back 40 minutes later and theyre let me on waiting for 15 minutes so I have to hand off . Finally around 3 pm some body answers the phone to let me know my car was ready. Definitely was my first and last time at this service department. My following services I go back to Sanson Auto Mall Toyota Island service its worse
