A shout out for Cadillac service technician, Paul Shake Akey! While servicing my Cadillac which we turned in as a used car, Shake found my money clip under the driver side seat, he immediately called to inform mewhen I went to the Service Dept. to retrieve it my cash and credit cards were intact I offered a tip but Shake refused and said Im just doing what Im supposed to do! Kudos and many thanks to Shake for his professionalism and honesty which are in very short supply in this day and age. Smail Auto can be very proud to have an employee like Shake!! Kudos again!

Me and my mom can to your place t look at new Cadillac walk into t showroom and look around for 30 minutes and no one came ask us if we need help so we walk away and drive away lost a good customer she would buy today cause she loves her Cadillac that she has now and wanted a new 2022 so she went across t look at another car thats she likes and they came out and talk to us
