Refuse to work on my 2017 Escalade I guess because I didn't buy my product from there I brought it directly from infotainment and they stand behind there product and they didn't want to install because they claim if it didn't work they would still have to charge me not knowing a Reputable company as such would have Service them and with out question would have resolved the problem with a simple download and they could have tested the product before installing if they are as professional as claimed but I had no problem with the Spartanburg location they took care of me without question stay away from Greenville looking for a buck with or without Customer service.Beware of this branch Doesn't stand by Business ethics I was refused service For a install Infotainment directly from factory upgrade system for a radio upgrade for the Installer that had to plug in play The product I guess because the product wasn't brought through them they didn't honor Infotainments products and wouldn't install. So 2 weeks later I was contacted from someone from Roger's corporate off and was told that they don't do business like that and would rectify the situation and would get back to me in about 30 minutes with a resolution and a direct contact for getting services well its been 3days 7hr and 30min later and still haven't received that call. Sorry to say that I have been served by this company before and even recommended it to several of my friends and some of my Good Brother's before at the Spartanburg office but now I'm recalling my endorsement. Beware stand Clear!!
Bad customer service. If you set an appointment dont be 2 hours behind and not contact the person. Also when I tell you that its rude to say well I told you that we were backed up. Havent you heard of the phrase the customers always right? Also why dont you have any prices shown? Oh yeah its so you can try and overcharge customers who dont know any better. Never taking my business here!
