You say you were overcharged, go to repairpal.com and put in your vehicles information and what repair you need. It will give you the price range for replacing a radiator with a estimate of $474-$580 not including taxes. Your total bill was $494.57 including taxes. As for the air conditioning pricing we quoted you $165 which included evacuation and recharging the a/c system, Freon included. So, you tell me how we overcharged you? Further more, how dare you say we are not honest. You, Joseph Henley were not even the person that brought the vehicle in. The vehicle was brought in by Felicia Dibabo. Felicia stated that the vehicle overheated, and that you, Joseph Henley broke the radiator trying to put coolant in it. I recommended putting a thermostat in the vehicle because the vehicle overheated and it is highly recommended that you replace the thermostat when putting in a new radiator. Felicia also stated the air conditioning was not working right, and I know that the air conditioning was not working right because I turned the air conditioning on and the air coming out was not cold. I then tested air conditioning after we put the radiator in by hooking up gauges and both high side and low side pressure readings were low, and the air coming through the dash was still not cold. Indicating the system is low on Freon. Here we are, trying to help you because you couldnt even put coolant in the radiator without breaking the radiator, you have a lot of nerve to even question our work ethics and you wont even answer the phone when I call. If you do not remove this untrue and slanderous review, you will be contacted by our attorney who will take the proper legal actions against you.

my wife went to get a new radiator, over charged her 500 when the part only cost 160. the mechanic tried to sell her a thermostat from the get go bringing the total to 660. she Told him do radiator first then test thermostat. After putting in new radiator car was fine. Then tried to sell her AC freon for almost 200. AC was working fine before she took it there now it isn't. she Went to a friend who tested the hi/low and it was fine. These mechanics are not honest and try to up sell. If u need your car fixed don't go here.

Bryan when you brought your car to our shop we found that there was only 1 quart of engine oil in a 6 quart system. Which means you Bryan were not checking your oil or maintaining your vehicle like you should have. You damaged several sensors that had to have engine oil for proper lubrication and you were told that you may have caused internal engine damage that may not come about till later. You Bryan created the problem you have with your vehicle now. What ever vehicle a person has old or new they must check the engine oil and change the engine oil on a regular basis.

If I could give zero stars I would this shop let me drive after telling me car was fixed after paying hundred of dollars for me to have to return the same day for the same problem. Dont go here and if you do make sure you have a lawyer

I called golden ring car and truck because I wanted to replace my muffler. They got me right in and did a great and fast job. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them. Fair and honest.

Way over priced. They gave me a price for a transmission replacement after calling around I got the same work done for $700 less and a better warranty. They will try to rush you to get the work done so you don't have a chance to call around. Call around before getting work done there.
