DISGUSTING BATHROOM. They have wonderful service and do a wonderful job with install. BUT they also need to remember that if you only have 1 bathroom for males and females then you need to keep up with cleanliness. I spent 5 minutes in there and ended up cleaning their bathroom for them with the Lysol wipes I found in there, the toilet seat was covered in urine and the paper towel roll was not loaded in the dispenser and overall just gross. Just turned off by it.

Over priced for buying car audio here, I was looking for an amp upgrade from my older one and they didnt have anything in my budget for any bigger. So I went to my local audio shop and got a 3500max watt Orion for $250 while I could only get a $1000 max watt KICKER amp for $600 here. You can literally go online for the same thing and get it 3x cheaper.... Aside from that, they were pleasant to talk to and look around. Would recommend just ordering offline.

I had an issue with the radio on my motorcycle not working properly so I contacted them to get an appointment for a fix. They were very pleasant to talk to, set an appointment and said they had fixed the issue. My first unpleasant surprise was the cost of the repair, I wasn't told they charged a $100 an hour for their service. I don't ride my bike every day so several days later I noticed two things, first, my auxiliary headlights weren't working any longer and there wasn't any sound coming from the left speaker. Since they were the only people that worked on the wiring I called to ask for assistance. As an aside, I have worked in the automotive field for over 40 years and have handled hundreds of service questions when it comes to repairs. I expected them to apologize for anything that they may have overlooked but instead I was told since they never worked on the lights it couldn't have been something that they did and it went down hill from there. Not feeling safe without the additional visibility from the head lights, I removed the seat and found a wire that had been disconnected then they rewired the amp for me that wasn't plugged back in to the box that the amp was plugged. The wire going into the amp for for left speaker also wasn't connected. A simple, " bring it back so we can look at it" would have avoided this review, instead of total denial that it couldn't have their error. To add insult to injury, I just had the state inspection done by the same inspector that did it last year and he told me that someone had plugged my turn signals in the back wrong and when I put on the left signal the right light blinked and the visa versa on the right. He fixed this at no charge. So I have been driving for over a month confusing everyone behind me. For the owner of this company, think twice before you deny any fault and for anyone thinking of doing business here, just be forewarned.
