Unwilling to Perform Diagnostics to Verify Problem. Replacement PCM in Feb. '22 never worked correctly since it was installed. Since it was under warranty, took it in to have it diagnosed to identify cause of problem. They attached their scanner and said there was nothing wrong when my inspection of the actual signals involved indicated there was. They were unwilling to make the one voltage measurement that would verify the problem

They are truly horrible. Took my car in to have radiator repaired and they blew out my heater core. Replaced brand new items on my car, as well as ruining the latch on my hood. Hood is no longer able to be opened. After 1000's of dollars spent my car is far worse than when I took it in. Extremely angry at them.
