10k Markup for a Tacoma, other dealerships have 3k markup, some have no markup because they actually like to sell vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BUYER BEWARE! go to a dealer that lets you put 500 down wait a little bit for it to arrive and save your money!

Would given 0 points if possible. After submitting my information to get the 'best price', I did not get any price shown in the browser as promised in the window but a call from a guy that did not know which car I'm looking at. He asked for the stock number and when I pointed out that this is not what I expect as I selected one car offered for which price I was asking, Mr. Javier called me motherf.....! That's a great customer service! Saves me a ride down to Gilroy. Thanks for helping me not to waste my time with unfriendly, unorganized car sales men.

ABSOLUTE KUDOS to the Service Dept of Freeway Toyota of Gilroy! If you have never brought in your Toyota here for service, what are you waiting for? Please give it a try for sure. I'd give them if I could! I contacted the service dept when all of a sudden my Sienna had some issues on my way to Santa Clara from Southern California. Tony Machado's service team is simply THE BEST! Jacqueline who took my call, Esther who did the intake, Roger who asked me the right questions, Jonathan who worked on my car, and Tony who even though is the Service Director was willing to work with his team to find out what the issue was. Professional, committed, reliable and honest is how I would describe this service team. Happiness flows from the top and it shows. Great follow-up as well! THANK YOU!

This place is horrible do not come here. My appointment was at 7 AM I got there at 6:55 PM everybody treated me like I was there an hour early and that it was absurd that I was there five minutes before . On top of that an oil change cost me $98 where if you go and get one at Toyota in Monterey for Santa Cruz it's at least $30 less. The manager who is helping me said enable prices are different everywhere. My appointment was at 7 AM and I got out of there at 8:30. This place is a joke
