The service department is undersized, overbooked and clearly their mechanics don't know the basics that well. I spent 70k on a truck, the truck was delivered with severally unbalanced tires that almost shook the truck apart on the highway. When I went in to get them balanced the lady at the service desk was adamant that I was wrong and that that is just how those tires are. Needless to say I took it there twice to get them balanced and each time it got slightly better. Finally after getting fed up I took the truck to a friend's shop where he discovered that the mechanics never removed the old weights before they rebalanced the tire. Now the truck rides nice and smooth. Then almost a month ago my truck went into limp mode with tranny issues, onstar ran a scan on it and side DON'T DRIVE IT, it needs to be looked out right now. So I called and they told me sorry they were book out for a week, so I was sol. They had the truck for a week (when they told me 2 days) and I had to call them to get an update. Which is when they finally offered a loaner. I explained that I needed a truck to haul my trailer because I was moving (whole reason I bought my truck was because I needed the towing capacity for my trailer) but nope all I got was a P.O.S. chevy Trax hatchback. Needless to say I'm pissed. By the way for anyone woundering one of the reasons you can claim lemon law in washington state is if there is a dependability issue with the rig and the dealership has it for a least 30 day with at least a stay of 15 day at one time.

Today I went with my mother in law to purchase her a new used car. She left with a 2015 Suburu Crosstrek in great condition. Her sales consultant was Long Huynh, he was such a pleasure to work with. Very informative, understanding, and helpful. We first looked at a different car that was out of the price range and he went out of his way to find one that was and called us as soon as he found it and she actually likes this one better.
