Do not waste your time! Used vehicles way overpriced. Russ in used cars is impossible to deal with, 3 weeks later the vehicle is still on their lot for sale. I do my homework, guess they were not expecting a single mom to do my homework on vehicle, pricing, have own financing upfront. I tried to give them my business, but they totally lost mine. I bought 2 nice used vehicles at another Chevy dealer outside of Kokomo.

Very rude service writers at the desk . I heard her talking about my daughter and myself. Charged 3x to diagnose 3 different items . NEVER will be back here again . Dont try and call me to explain, I'm done . 1 star was generous , could not give a zero star .

Don't waste your time with this place. I had an insurance repair done here and it took them well over a month to do the repairs. Not only was I without my car for over a month, when I got it back, they hadn't even put all the parts back on it correctly, which lead to more issues. When I called them about it, they said it was my fault for not catching it when i picked up the car. Awful business model. They'll offer you a warranty, but they'll deny you any coverage if you try to use it. Ridiculous!
