Friendly staff great products lack of communication. I was told somewhere in the beginning of Dec my boots and remaining arctic gear would arrive towards the end of Dec. I called to see if everything came in was told no still on order probably another 2 weeks because of the holidays. I called in 2 1/2 weeks later and was told they are still on order have not arrived. This has been a bit of an inconvenience. I have had to buy another pair up here on the slope (Brooks general store) and they arent really cutting it. Dont really like writing this because they do seem like a real nice co.

You could die of old age shopping at this store... no prices on anything so you ask and get Ill be right back give me a couple minutes. Then you find what you want and you tell them and you will hear...give me a couple minutes Ill be right back let me see if we have that in the inventory. Then you are waiting to pay and youll hear. Give me a couple minutes Ill be right back somethings wrong with the computer. Im not exaggerating either. If you can Id avoid this store.
