I will start with I own multiple vehicles from bob Johnsons. My family and I have been very loyal to Bob Johnsons over the years I can tell you we have 7 cars in the last 3 years from their. My car sales rep has retired and I was reaching out for a new car at 5:15 told them I was on my way and they turned me down because they close at 6. Well Im sorry my sale wasnt good enough to have me come in last night. I will be telling my family and my friends not to return and I have had many people go their for cars. Why feel unwelcome when their are so many other car dealers that will make you feel welcomed.

Bob Johnson's service used to be good but it's terrible now. Buy and service your vehicles elsewhere. They are too big & can't handle the volume. Pre-scheduled appointments are backed up ALWAYS. You will wait hours for something that should take less than an hour & there's no place to sit in their new oil change facility as again, there's too many ppl waiting! Greed $$$$. Buying a car there, forget about it. They don't really care.

Need an oil change, tires rotated, or Inspection and don't have a ton of time. Go to Pit stop I was in and out about 30 min and I didn't even have to leave my truck!
