Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever seen!!!! Dont buy a vehicle here ever!!!!! Complete criminals!!! Especially Scott the sales manager ADDITIONAL INFORMATION UPON REPLY: Yes you have the correct person! Dont reply with an answer like that. Just contact me or my sister Moravec and correct the multiple problems youve had with your dealership and handling its vehicles you sell! I was in that vehicle and you should be out of business the way you handled yourselves!!!

For me really really 5 star service. First of all I would like to say Service manager Tom and Sales Manager Scott thank you very much. They allowed me in their parking lot till monday 5/23 because Friday when I arrived to Blaise Alexander Dodge Ram service Mr. Tom's service team checked my truck but 2 diesel technician was out of work. Family reasons. And than they did necessary checked but the truck will lay down up to monday. Wait for technicians. In the meantime Mr Tom arrange me a car go to speak bar owner allowed me in his parking lot. He was nice guy and gentlemen. Today afternoon sales manager Mr. Scott came and ask me do you need anything we have sandwich and coffee etc in dealer ship if you like you can come and get it. He was nice and gentlemen. Believe me guys I never see like this service honestly exellent exellent Dodge Chrysler Ram service. Thank you very much Blaise Alexander Dodge Ram.

Its discouraging to hear about your friends experience with their recently purchased Chrysler Pacifica. We take customer satisfaction and safety seriously. At this point, we have escalated this with Chrysler and they are investigating the incident.

Poor customer service. Doesn't stand behind their vehicles. Good family friend had a horrible experience with a new vehicle breaking down from this dealership and management was awful.
