Hey Aaron... You brought the vehicle to us with a serious operational issue. You couldnt afford the repair so we loaned you the money to fix it as a goodwill gesture, and the repairs were successful! At the time we explained there were many other failings on your car that would reveal themselves in short order. You brought it back 3-4 weeks later with similar symptoms, yet coming from deeper & different engine issues that would need to be diagnosed. Since you'd fallen behind on paying us back on the initial repair, we were and are not comfortable offering you another loan...as you know. While you pieced together paying us back the original loan, we offered to send back one of the parts (at no cost to you) to see if that might help your car operate better. As we explained, it was a less than 20% chance it would help at all, yet was worth trying first prior to you committing $1000's in deep engine diagnostics and repairs that are difficult for you to afford without having access to a car repair loan. You're right... the part took an excessive time to be returned due to the continuing economic and supply crisis that's currently crushing world trade fir car parts, lumber, fertilizer, baby good, etc. Aaron, as we've repeated to you many times, your car has many issues that need to be attended to. Even two simple items... a dead, irrecoverable battery and cracked rim that continues to flatten and damage the tire attached to it, should not continue to be ignored (along with many other issues)... when in fact they are serious safety issues for you, your family, our staff, and other drivers on the road. When your wife called, we repeated the same findings, steps, processes, and prognosis with her. She got it. She understood...as we'd built a lot of trust between us on a separate issue concerning a different vehicle a few months back. She's a smart, resilient superstar. We wish you the best in figuring out how best to move forward.

Absolutely terrible experience with their service department. If it wasnt leaving multiple messages for my calls to never get returned, or the fact that I get told misinformation from multiple sources, or the fact my part was lost in the Mail for a month, or the fact I was informed my car was clear to be picked up only to find out after that it was never test driven and the same issue came about 2 miles after leaving your shop. I wish I could post negative stars for how disappointed and disgusted I am
