I stayed at an apartment through Corporate Connections for a month after moving across the country and until I closed escrow on my house. I drove 4 days to get there, when we arrived, you could hardly get in the apartment because the door was rubbing the frame so tight. Then, since we got there at midnight, I wanted to take a bath to relax. The 2nd bath didn't work, you could not make the hot water turn on and you also could not shut the door of that restroom. The cable never worked and I was promised a 2nd box that never came. I paid $3000 to stay here for one month. I would've done much better at a hotel for the same amount. It infuriates me that I did this. I'm moving into my house this weekend and can finally put this behind me, but I regret it with everything I have. Even after I complained, nothing happened. They do not check the apartment before you get there, they don't tell you anything about anything like trash removal how tossed, nothing. I can't wait to leave.

We recently moved into a furnished apartment and while the community is nothing less than perfection and the staff are superb, the furniture and household package is horrible. It is not by far the apartment communities fault as she just switched to this company. I could hardly come to tell her how absolutely horrible the furnishings are, the mattresses are literally like sleeping on cement, the comforters is something that you would find in a cheap motel, the house ware package didn't even come with everything that was listed, the pot holders had been reused so many times that there were holes in them, there was no cookie sheet, mixing bowls delivered and at the time their were only 4 large towels for a family of four. The community manager had to call Jordan to get them to redeliver the items. The delivery drivers left scuffs on the walls and the glass top tables that are in the living room area slip off constantly. The bulbs are all blown out of the total of 3 lamps that were delivered. As much as they charge for furnishings for something that we have to use and sleep on for 6 months at least, is worse than a motel mattress. The "bath mats" are literally small towels. The master bedroom only included 2 pillows, the blankets are scratchy and itchy. And, worst of all a unclean coffee maker that was found with a old coffee filter that had mold growing inside. As much as corporates are paid to have a nice "furnished" apartment. Their is definitely no comfort measures taken in what they provide. I wonder for the money that is spent for a furnished apartment if they would take in consideration "comfort" for families? The company I was familiar with years ago that had nice furniture and I am not sure what has happened but our experience can't be the only that is having horrible outcomes or isn't living in a corporate apartment with children and that is used daily. My husbands company will definitely be using the community that we are staying at in the future but after he has spoken with the relocation director he is hoping there will be another company to use instead of the current one the community was trying.
Outstanding experience! From the first contact, the process was very easy! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Furniture scheduling was easy , they came on day they were supposed to. Furniture was very clean and in great shape . The delivery guys.... oh my goodness what can I say about them!!! They delivered a load of furniture to my 3rd story apartment (no elevator) on a 100 degree day! They were pouring sweat but not once did either of them complain! There were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend corporate connections if you need to rent furniture! Since my time in Greenville is only 4 months , theyve already taken care of the pick up details! They made my move much less stressful!!! Great experience!
Jordan was very helpful from answering my questions to quickly facilitating my order. The delivery men were professional and very quick with setup. The cost for this furniture is fantastic. As. Travel nurse, I have been renting furniture for over 2 years and this is the best priced company I have found. I also love their individual item options with a low monthly cost requirement for people who do not need an entire package. I have searched for that for a while and this is the first company that has accommodated my needs with this.
All was good with arranging delivery and set up. We were/are thankful to have furniture in our apartment! My only complaint is that the beds are the cheapest on the market, not very comfortable, The first one they delivered had very squeaky box springs, so they happily replaced, but I would have appreciated a better mattress too.
