Had these guys do a rewire on my 84 mercedes and a amp install.they left wires hanging out pretty sloppy also my center consoles plastics where not put back corretly and A few weeks later I pull out my deck trying to fix my ac find out they never did it just wired everything to the front charged me for it and stole a floor matt. Went back and the manager james horne was standoffish until he checked it himself . They did the rewire correctly but no real urgency didn't bend over backwards to compensate for the floormat or time and inconvenience. They call me a few months later I tell em I don't trust em to touch my car the Manger james starts giving me attitude on the phone. def wouldn't take my car here especially if it's an older one like mine or a nice vehicle wasnt treated with care idk about the sanmateo crew but the westside crew are not not true professionals these guys are sketchy crooks home of the $80 fake rewire

Thank you for the feedback Hanah. I apologize that you were not satisfied with your visit. While we do have our entry level head units starting as low as $70, most vehicles require installation kits, and harnesses to be able to fit and properly adapt to an aftermarket radio. Every vehicle is different and the price range can vary. We certainly didn't intend to mislead you. I would love another opportunity to get you a great radio. I called ahead to see if the store would be able to suit my needs and over the phone I was told that they have radios for my car and given a quote starting from $70-$120. When I arrived to the store I was quoted $360 and they also told me they had to order the radio. It's very unsatisfying being mislead.

Audio Express completed an audio upgrade on my 2018 Yamaha AR 240 boat over the weekend. They installed 4 6.5" speakers replacing the existing factory speakers with JL Audio. The also installed 2 Pod speakers on the ski tower ,a 10" subwoofer, and a marine radio. All of the work was professionally done with attention to hid all the wires. Every component looks as if it came direct from the factory. An excellent job well done. I highly recommend Audio Express for any audio improvement project in your vehicle or water craft.

...only cuz I can't put zero stars. Worst experience EVER! Didn't get what we asked for AT ALL and still paid over $1700. On top of that had to wait almost a week for the full install. Worst customer service as manager made no effort to rectify situation and treated it like a joke. Will never use this place again and will never recommend anyone to use this place. STAY AWAY!
