Had my vehicle serviced at this location and explained the issues I was having. The associate Mark, suggested to replace the transmission and rear diff fluids for a cost of $320. I though the price was high for this service. He said the fluids were very expensive and that was the bulk of the cost. Come to find out the fluids only cost $94 and the labor was the most expensive part. I explained this to Mark and thought it was cheaper to find someone else to do this work and his response was "well, good luck with that." He was very unprofessional and on top of that lied about the pricing. Not a happy customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

In for a oil change, it was done quickly. The man that took my information must not of remembered I said that I would be out on the steps reading my book. My car was done long before I noticed it baking in the sun. I got into a oven after paying. He could of called me 100 times in the waiting room, to many kids running around screaming, parents MUST THINK OTHERS LOVE THEIR KIDS, we Do Not, wake up, and keep them quiet in public places! Stores are a great place to start.

My salesperson Norbert was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He made buying a car as easy as shopping for groceries He got me out the door with my car within a couple of hours He ensured that all my questions regarding the car were answered before I left with the car. I wanna state that their terms of service in getting you to buy a car from them are great but that's about it. They don't accomplish what they promise you when signing the contract. I came in with my father to get myself a new car and there had been a promotion going on that we wouldn't have to pay a certain amount in the first three months. And it was a good deal said to us and we signed... nothing came of that conversation again since once we got it registered and everything, we'd have to pay the total amount immediately of the car's value monthly. Even though we were told that we wouldn't need to pay that amount in the beginning. Did this not happen once but twice! My father was also looking to get a new vehicle at the time and they gave him the same deal with more benefits. He exchanged his car for the deal and the same thing happened again. He had to start paying the full value of the car immediately instead of what was contracted by a few months paying at a reduced price. We contacted service for this situation but got denied. So now we'll never be contacting them again for further investment at this location.
