This rating reflects a combined report after numerous visits & is based on the value of service (quality of work against expense) against the customer service (conveniences, hours, and treatment by staff) experience. For a dealer, the costs for repairs/services at Turnersville Mazda are reasonable - not cheap, but still affordable. The work seems good too. However, the low level of customer service is largely what propels the poor rating. The service staff are friendly enough, but the lack of conveniences and inflexible hours makes using their service department nearly impossible. Vehicles have to be dropped off by 4:30pm and picked up by 5:45pm. They have NO shuttles of any kind in the event you live nearby. The entire service dept goes to lunch between 12-1:00 pm so they're not available to receive nor release your vehicle. In the past, keys could be left with sales, but that option has been eliminated altogether. Don't expect to get a last minute appt... all appts need to be made in advance. Though not of much consequence, a waiting area and/or comfortable seating isn't available either..

Code 887411LG.... Always a pleasure to visit the service department at Turnersville Mazda. My scheduled maintenance is done, the mechanic's suggestions are very appreciated. Juanita, my service writer is personable and efficient. Im in and out usually in 2 or less hours, as I choose to wait. Love my Cx5!

Very happy with the sales team and service team thus far. Staff was friendly as well. NO BS no arguments over pricing paper work was straight forward. My sales guy although new was very good and helpful with questions and if he did not know how to answer it he had someone review it with me. If things go well this Mazda I will be buying another Mazda in the coming years from the same family company.
Horrible service department very rude completely unwilling to look at my car without charging me $130 service fee to simply look at the car! Then tried to convince me I needed a $1,000 + car part without even looking at the vehicle. Quite frankly this dealership is a joke, scam, who does not care about building new customer relations. Maybe if I was a white male they'd be more willing to help or take my money??
