Since there aren't any local Land Rover dealers in my area...I had my vehicle towed up to Land Rover of Troy. Mark Armstrong is my service rep where we both kept in communication and it was fine. But once I paid a visit to check the status of my vehicle since I never received a call back, things took a turn. I went to the counter and someone got Mark for me, his attitude was very poor. Needless to I was furious but kept my cool because maybe he was just having a bad day but for someone being in customer service you can at least treat the customer with respect. And as for me being a minority woman, I'm not sure what Mark's deal was but he was friendly and courteous via phone but when it came to meeting me in person he was very annoyed and rude. Needless to say I will never take my vehicle here again!!! I'm a professional women in the auto industry and it saddens me to recieve this kind of treatment I will not advise anyone I know or at my workplace to go here!

Great sales team but terrible costumer service. My vehicle had a noise a month later after I leased it. They said it was normal.... second time I took it to service they said it was a recall part that needed to be changed. The noise finally went away. A year later my engine light turned on. When I called in they said it will take a long time to check on my car and they were 2 weeks out of loaners. They didnt even bother to try to make an appointment to find out what was wrong with my car. I am so disappointed. Stay away from Larry in the service department! I am changing dealers for sure!

Biggest Joke of a place they are money hungry and dont do anything right, they told us transmission was at fault, after we paid $2,000, they said sorry to be honest you did not have gas so we could not test drive it, range rover is worth millions your telling me you guys cant spend $10.00 on gas for a proper check, they kept our car for 3 months with no rental charged us $600.00, $2000.00, $800.00 because they misdiagnosed it, they did not accommodate, they left a bad taste of range rover in my mouth.
