Ordered wrong year part, wasn't ever charged a core charge so there was no core charge to refund. Just a restocking fee which was mentioned on phone we customer called about ordering wrong part.

The vehicle was driven into our location with no issues whatsoever so part is in fact good. You are a parts broker, you bought it, marked it up, sold to someone else so you don't even know what your customer actually did with the part. We have a strict no returns on electrical policy. Also you did not speak to Rick.

Gave 90 days warranty and when we sent the part back to them they say they don't do any returns. part was bad. and if you don't do returns why give your customers a 90 days warranty ? spoke to rick who was very rude as well. now i gotta call my credit card company
