I sent my son in to change a headlight bulb. They told him that I had also scheduled an oil change. I did NOT. I had an oil change two weeks ago at another company. I called and left a message with Scott but he hasn't returned my call.

I have my car back after a service. Nobody even called to talk to me about results. A note says: "no issues found". So now I have my car with the issue and $200 less in my pocket. Response: I was able to fix the issue myself. Feel free to call me if you want to find out more and/or refund me for this unhappy experience.

My husband was leasing a Kia from this dealership. He wanted to purchase a new Kia by trading the current one, which has 2 months left on the lease. He called and made all this clear before he left from home. They were agreeable and eager to get it done. In retrospect, it looks like the classic salesman bait to get the customer in through the door. The picture changed completely as soon as he arrived at the dealership. They came out with a lot of conditions which negated completely with whatever was agreed on the phone conversation. It ended up being an absolute waste of one precious hour in our lives. We have bought and sold many cars till date, but never has a dealership proved to be such a disaster. Sales should not be so devoid of integrity and ethics.
