We also make a point to let our clients know as soon as they are resolved if they were affected. In your case, the reason the resolution has taken longer than expected due to security, which is of utmost importance. If you enable standard SMTP inputs for people to do form submissions, it creates security risks. So we covered those risks and created a way for you to enable the website form submission without exposing your own SMTP servers to the internet, so there is no risk to you. That is why the feature is taking longer to produce, despite seeming fairly simple. Additionally, our support team has been in contact with you and offered to extend your license due to the issue this has caused.

Really poor customer service. The main problem with Tax Dome is that they try to be good at everything instead of great at a handful of things. I had an issue with my website that they promised would be fixed for two months and it never got fixed. I had high hopes, but pulled the plug before tax season started to avoid onboarding all my clients and then having to tell them I'm moving in a different direction again the following year. Oh, and Tax Dome also doesn't give any refunds at all--not full or partial. Seems like they really don't care at all about their customers.

You registered, and within 48 hours, you had exchanged 7 emails with our team as well as a phone call with one of our team members who sent you our calendar to book your slot for the 1:1 onboarding. I was very impressed with their demo and signed up. Apparently this was my mistake. If you don't watch every second of the demo, they do not follow up at all with onboarding. Then if you email, it takes them two days to tell you this and then you need to request to have your trial extended. When you look to schedule your onboarding, they have incredibly limited offerings. It would have taken 12 days to schedule an appointment which would have been my entire trial.
Overall, it's a great tool that I have already seen benefit from, and I'm looking forward to using it to save a lot of admin time for my practice. This will be my first tax season using it with my clients
