My vehicle has been in the shop over eight months waiting on parts the service mgt and clerk gives me excuses every month about oversea parts saying due to the war the parts are on back order now that the parts finally came in in Aug or late July its still a problem getting status reports and information from this service Department no one to answer the phone always on hold when you do get thru I have to physically drive up to the shop to get any information at this point I have to try to go thru the Owner again to see if I could get any help getting my vehicle back

I initially bought an Infiniti Q60 from here in 2020. I came back to have body work done shortly afterwards, but the old dealership crew kept passing me around and playing games like i was a $40 holler. *insert major eyeroll*. HOWEVER.... The sales manager, Tyler, is super cool, collected, and most importantly... honest!!!!! 2 years later... TWO YEARS... he took over my issue (he's the sales manager!) and honored my request for body work with no qualms. He also made sure that my brother an I were "ok" during our vist. He kept me up to date during the course of the work done, and, notified me when the work was done. Honestly, Chick-fil-A level service!!!!! If you ever want to buy a car.... any brand..... ask for Tyler! Body work...? Ask for Tyler or Mo! Will definitely come back for service/a vehile.
