Dont deal with these people. They literally treat you like garbage. They act like your putting them out for wanting to spend your hard earned money from them to buy a part. Grammy is one of the rudest customer service reps Ive ever seen in my life. Im in management myself and if I ever saw or heard of one of my employees treating customers like he does Id fire them on the spot. Their website says friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Couldnt be anything further from the truth. Never again will I ever do business with them and I recommend you dont either.

Called 3 time , spent time for nothing gave them their stock# , 2 different people gave me 3 different prices , 3 time they dropped phone ... last time they said we don't have it ... on of them , I guess , Jeremy , counted shipping charge for distance between TX and OH ... he said more than 900 ml. and priced for shipping said $150 ! for box 30X7X7 with no more 9 lbs , like he should driving car ... really stupid customer service ...
