First time I visited, an apt had been made. I arrived and the salesperson was conversing with another. I browsed there displays. As I listened to them speak, I realized they were friends and were not talking car biz. They were talking about their social life! This went on for over 10 minutes without salesman acknowledging me. I left. On my 2nd visit, I was greeted, spoke with the installer who told me the system would cost $700. I returned for the appointed time and the guy at the counter tried to gauge me for a grand, using various rationales/justifications. I left in disgust. Won't return.

Go somewhere else. They had my truck for 4 days. Charged me 600$ for a remote start. Jag will sweet talk you to make an excuse for not touching your vehicle after promising it will be completed same day. They did do a good job for my remote start but I requested if he would get my seat warmer checked out. I needed my truck done at 12pm 3/24/22. I got here. Waited 30 minutes before I was even helped. Then tried to sweet talk me saying I can get the part somewhere else and I know he was going to ask me to leave it longer. We had a deadline that we 100% talked about. Im moving. Were already a day past the serious deadline. After all this. My truck is still blocked in by 4 other cars and he proceeds to help other people. Dont waste your time or money here.
