Muy mal servicio mi hermano es discapacitado y el chófer se portó muy grosero con el y lo trato de lo peor!! Definitivamente no recomiendo tufesa Tucson por ningún motivo!!!!
My travel is a whole story because as soon as I got there I noticed that personnel was bit rude but I was shocked when my luggage for some reason didnt arrive to my destination. We started by discussing the situation with the manager in Hermosillo but he sent us photos of our luggage and noticed that one of my gym bags carrying expensive electronics was missing. It took us 5 days to receive our luggage and to our surprise our suitcases had been opened and had some personal items removed from it. The company refuses to take accountability and even tried to blame us for our missing luggage. All of the different managers we talked to kept lying about our luggage and even one said that we never filed a missing luggage report even though we took photos of the reports with his signature on it. We lost about $1,000 in personal items and the company was only willing to pay us $250 for our missing luggage which almost seemed like a joke. An employee that works in the shipping department told us that the borders are hotspots for theft so for anyone wanting to travel I would suggest you avoid this company and to be aware that your luggage is always with you. I would also recommend maybe putting a lock on suitcases carrying expensive items as I lost many items on my trip and I hope that no one else has to go through this experience.
