Sales staff don't seem very eager to assist you. Every time I've been in there, I've never been approached by a salesperson to ask if they could help me find anything. I've always had to go find the product myself or ask a salesperson for help.

I purchased a brand new Dart from them. I have 6,000 miles and needed a oil change. I also noticed there was a bulge in my front tire. When I took it in the service clerk told me the oil change would be $38. I also mentioned the front tire. When I picked it up the clerk said the service manager said I hit something and he would not cover it as a defective tire (didn't hit anything) and my $38 oil change.....almost $78. I will never do business with them again!
