I've had terrible service here. They had my car for 22 days to fix it and I had to complain to corporate to get a loaner/rental to drive while they took forever to fix my car. I would not recommend them.
Today was my first time going there to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 CX5 they told me everything was OK before I left and by the time I got home my garage and driveway was full of oil ..... unbelievable
Dear Jennifer - thank you for sharing your experience, though we hate to hear of your dissatisfaction. I certainly understand your frustration with the wear of your tires at 15k miles on your Mazda. While uncommon, it is not unheard of to replace tires once they are worn to a point where they are unsafe, even if it may seem premature. While the factory warranty on your Mazda is comprehensive and covers most mechanical components for defect, tires are not included since Mazda is not the manufacturer. If you were to look at the warranty on a Honda, Nissan or Chevy, the same would apply, as tires are not covered under the factory warranty. That said, there is action that you can take. Your best likelihood of success will be to contact Mazda USA at 800.222.5500 and explain your concern. Also, please have them contact us if there are any questions about our findings and recommendations. Bottom line is that Mazda does not allow their dealers to make judgements and decisions regarding warranty coverage. We are required to play by the book. Keep in mind that Mazda runs the show here and based on your case, Mazda can choose to make a judgement call, one that we are not authorized to make. I wish we had the authority to make this decision on your behalf yet Mazda does not afford us that flexibility. We are here for you regardless, and want to earn back your trust. Please dont hesitate to contact us if there is anything that you may need in the future.

We bought a CX5 from this dealership under a year ago (our first new car), and recently learned it came with factory tires that are bald and dangerous and only last for 15,000 miles. The car cost $40,000 and the dealership has said the warranty does not include tires, and there is nothing they can do. Twice over the winter we lost control of the car and almost got in an accident. When I spoke with Joe, the sales manager. he was extremely rude and said repeatedly "Talk to Mazda" - taking no responsibility for the fact that THEY are the ones selling brand new cars at a hefty price tag with dangerous tires, and not telling people ahead of time that they're going to need new tires. Nor are they willing to give any kind of compensation for those tires later on. I wish they had just been honest from the start, instead of selling a car that we imagined would be safe. Thank God nothing happened and thank God our son was not in the car with us. We won't be going back there for anything.
