Just left Capital completely frustrated with their service department. I scheduled a 7:30 a.m. appointment, anticipating that I would use their shuttle service to get to work and to return to pick up my car later in the day. When I arrived, I discovered that the supposed courtesy shuttle is not a courtesy. It leaves one time at 8:30 a.m. and they will not do pick ups. At no time were these details communicated to me. This information is not on the website, and when I called to schedule rather than using the online form because I needed a part to be looked at, the woman never communicated the information. I wasted a significant part of my morning to get my car to the shop, and left without having anything done. I will not be going back as other Mazda dealers properly take care of their customers.

Pretty frustrating experience. I called them daily about a vehicle for a week from the day it was listed that I had been searching for for a long time & repeatedly was told it wasn't able to be seen & would be called when it was available because it was going through inspection but then it gets sold on the same day they told me it couldn't be seen. I understand it's their priority to sell cars which they succeed in but it just seems like poor customer service when someone has expressed they wanted to purchase the vehicle over & over again.

From the minute I walked into this dealership and said "I want to buy a car today," to the very last few minutes sitting in a car of my dreams, being taught how all the buttons and features worked, I felt at ease. I was able to ask any questions I had about my purchase. I didn't feel like I was in a typical car dealership and appreciated being treated with respect. The staff were patient and genuine making my first car purchase an incredible experience. Thank you so much for all of the help today!
Just left the dealership to have a seat belt replaced. I asked when I booked the appointment a week ago whether the part would be in stock and provided my vehicle information. They assured me it was already in stock. I took off of work and drove 30 minutes for the appointment and when I arrived they indicated that Id likely need to reschedule because they probably wouldnt have the part in stock (they didnt; another day another dollar lost for me!). They also indicated that the folks who schedule appointments are call center staff who have no idea whether parts are in stock or not. I will be paying hundreds in labor for this replacement. If they valued my time like they value theirs they would train their call center folks not to lie to customers.
