Worst experience ever. Can not believe what they told me because they kept changing their stories several times a day. Never keep their promise, keep delaying. Will never go back again.
It was not good. I dropped the car on a Thursday morning. The estimate to replace an exhaust temperature sensor was 2 hours. On Friday, I had to call to extend the rental car contract. I was told that they had to order the sensor. On the following Monday, the car was not ready. It seemed like it they wanted me to keep a rental longer. On the following Tuesday, I stopped in the morning to ask why the car was taking so long to repair. I asked for the bad sensor. I was told that they cannot give it to me because it would be sent to the manufacturer. My wife picked up the car Tuesday close to 5:00 p m. They acted like they did not care for the service they provide. My car is under warranty. I paid a lot of money for it. I will never take car or my friend's car there. It was a sensor that needed to be replace not the engine
I was here for a standard oil change as well as the airbag recall. The staff were extremely courteous. Having the indoor and outdoor waiting area was a huge plus.
Sucked waited in line for hour.just for oil change. Then another 3 hours to get my car back.just a oil change.never take my car there again.
