I can't say enough to express how happy I am with the service Misti at Fortner Insurance Agency in Banner Elk provided. I had a terrible experience with another agency in Boone but Misti restored my faith fixed everything and made sure we were covered correctly for a fair price. She took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Very few agents will do that these days.
