I paid for 1 day shipping. The item arrived 3 days later. My repeated email requests to be refunded the difference in shipping costs ( about $35) were ignored.

Only two stars because they did ship the parts ordered, but one part for the brake pad must be low quality because it squeals when I brake, which prompted me to order premium brakes/rotors. The mechanic ended up being able to "fix" the squeal and I kept the parts. I ended up returning them a year later and Joe said he would refund me the money for all parts returned, except the shipping and the restock fee. I have yet to get that refund. Joe is very shady and dishonest! Don't waste your time or money with this store.
