Called on August 24 to schedule an appointment for rear brakes on my Jaguar E-Pace. Scheduled appointment for today (September 13) at 0730 and reserved a loaner. My husband got up at 4:30 this morning to take the car from Rochester to the cities for the service only to arrive and find out there was no appointment or loaner scheduled. The service advisor asked to see the confirmation email that was sent. I did not receive one. Its not the first time I have not received a confirmation email but I did still have the call in my call log to prove I spoke to someone in a call center who clearly isnt capable of doing their job. The brakes are being replaced but my husband has to sit and waste time and wait for the vehicle rather than taking care of other things that needed to be done this morning. Editing to add the Jaguar Service advisor approached my husband after seeing my review and offered a free oil change (I have three left on my warranty or whatever it is.) He also offered 10% off the brake job since I have the oil changes which from my records doesnt even come close to the value of an oil change in exchange for me taking down my review.

I wish it was a No stars on this site. I have a 2000 S type Jaguar. I have a gear fault light that came on. Took My car in for diagnostics test. Gear fault is a defect in most Jags. The service Agent wanted to charge Me 600.00 to check it out. What a Rip off. Went to different place. The gear shift was changed out for 500.00. Car works fine now. Don't go there for diagnostics.

Need a vehicle? Please go see Brian Kime at Jaguar/Land Rover. He did an excellent job and we are very happy we got to work with him. We will definitely refer anyone who is interested in a Land Rover/Jaguar to go see Brian. He went above and beyond. He even came in on his day off (and Vince) and we greatly appreciate both of them.
