Make sure you take video of your car exterior, interior, and your key fob before you handle them your keys! I provided a good working, original, and expensive key fob to them, and they returned to me a damaged key fob, among other things. Then, Tristen tried to say that it was already damaged. I am considering going to the small claims court, depending on their action. I have taken my car to this shop for almost 10 years (as recommended by USAA), but it seems that ever since the new owner took over this shop about a year ago, this whole busines' customer service has gone downhill. Also, and the old woman receptionist is a one rude and unhappy person. Don't let her bad vibes poison your day! I am sure there are better options now.
I got quoted 6-8 days to repair damage to my vehicles door. I called to check on it after 2 days and was told it would be ready the next day. While I was impressed with the speed when I picked up the car I was very disappointed in the work. It seems like whoever did the work was in a very big rush, the door was completely misaligned and I pointed this out which they fixed. Then I looked closer and the door wasnt positioned correctly and sticking out further than it should. They did kind of fix that the door still doesnt shut like it should and there is lots of wax and dust in the cracks of the body panels where they didn't take very good care to clean up when they were done. I dont drive my car much but when I did finally get it on the highway I found a piece of the door panel wasnt even reinstalled it's just sitting inside the panel. So overall I was not impressed and will probably go elsewhere in the future since it seems like whoever did the work was in a rush and wasnt concerned about quality but more just getting the job done as fast as possible.
Terrible. Went there for an estimate and they said that they were too busy. I said that it was a simple thing and would just take a couple of minutes and they said that I need an appointment to get an estimate. So I said what about Friday and they said that they were booked. What kind of lame service is that when they cannot even spend 5 minutes to give you a verbal estimate?
