Mom went in a nursing home 2 years ago and when money ran out knew I needed an elder law attorney to apply for Mass Health Tried at least 2 attorneys till I found Mike. End of search after our intro appt. Moms on Masshealth as of today and worked with Ashley through it all.Will continue with them for our own estate planning Dont go through the masshealth process alone use a lawyer and make This firm the one you use.Allan

I strongly recommend choosing Michael if you have to deal with anything related to an estate or a will. My sister and I met with Michael just days after our mothers passing - we were a little in over our heads as she didn't have a legal will. First off, Michael was extremely personable, sympathetic and helpful with our situation. This made the process easier for us right off the bat. Not really knowing what to expect, Michael was extremely detailed and made sure to give us all the information we would need and lay out a plan on how to proceed. Going into this situation, we didn't know what to expect. After meeting with Michael, a huge burden was lifted from our shoulders. Throughout the entire six month process Michael gave us regular updates and was extremely quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process. His prices were especially fair and we were able to communicate with him as often as possible without any extra fee, which was a huge plus. I would suggest working with Michael if you want a stress free process with your situation - he had our best interest in mind from day one and made what we expected to be a difficult process a complete breeze.

My wife and I recently decided to put our house in an irrevocable trust. Based on reviews we hired Monteforte Law who specialize in estate planning and elder law. We couldn't be happier with our decision as the process was painless. We met and worked with Attorney Jacob B. Snyder Esq. who was very knowledgeable and explained the purpose of a trust as well as all pros and cons of having our home in one.
