The service at Ray Catena Jaguar is a joke. Tried to set up a service appointment but was rudely told right off the bat that their policy is that they don't provide loaner vehicles to any customer who didn't purchase a vehicle for them (for any type of service). Apparently it doesn't matter if you purchased a new Jaguar, you'll have to wait there hours until any type of service is completed because they seem to just want your money. Starting to question my new transition from BMW as I never experienced this type of problem with ANY BMW dealership whether I bought the vehicle from them or not!
I had a problem with my car and brought it back for repair. The service rep was very courteous and went out of his way to resolve my issue. I love this place and have two cars with them.

Prompt response to my text and very accommodating.We bought 3 cars altogether through James and each time had very good experience and never felt pressured.
